Deleting Process cash order
An employee was able to delete an order that was caused out from the system. They deleted the order that was processed and then deleted from my cash records.

Assign Pack Quantities to SKUs
We still need the ability to assign pack quantities to POs and receipts. This would save users countless hours of manually inputting data.

if under tables ap when someone claims an existing table i need to be notified as this could result in one server stealing tips and payments from another server.

Re-count Sleeping Giant inventory
Need help...my sleeping giant store inventory is Wat off!!! Way off due to human errors. We are wanting a fresh start so we can fhavd the inventory as correct as possible.
Once before you put all my items at the SLEEPING GIANT store at ZERO THEN WE WENT AROUND AND RECONCILED the entire store. This is what we are wanting to do again.
Is this something you need to do on the back end? If so can you call me to confirm of when you would be able to do that oh can just email me to confirm if easier…
1 voteIf we reset the stock count to zero, you will lose all the POs. So in this case, is it possible for you to use Reconciliation feature in Stock app to re-count/update stock count for everything?

Have an option to enter product with an expiration date, such as Soda
When you have products such as soda, they have expiration dates. Can there be an option when receiving PO's to enter the expiration date of the product?
1 voteYou can enter expiration date for any item in Purchase Order page, System will remove the item from inventory automatically once it’s expired.

re order track/log
how to track a re order on a open order . example a order is open on table12 on march 8th at 5pm . i come in and re order on that same open order at 8 pm , so there are two different times . this is a potential theft . we want to see what time the next order was put in on the same ticket/order . mean a log of time of each order placed

Please make it so when we enter 45 minute increments the block is bigger than when we enter 15 minute increments
When we go to enter increments of 45 minutes..which is what we need..the system makes the actual block we can see on the schedule smaller than when we do 15 minute increments... please advise on how we can resolve.
1 voteWe use the same size block no matter the default appointment duration is 15 minutes or 45 minutes.
