email po directly to vendor.

You can download the PO in PDF file and email it. It may be more flexible this way. It is better sending the PO directly from your email address.

This is very tedious! I have FINALLY updated the vendor info on all 1400+ items at my shop, and was so relieved to be able to just send the PO to them! But not one of them received their order!!! So now I'm in inventory shortage hell, and I'm working after hours to now have to:
1. Download the PDF
2. Rename and save it to my desktop.
3. Open individual emails and attach the newly named PDF file.
4. Delete the used files.
Time consuming. Not intuitive at all!!!! Why even have the feature if it doesn't work?
