QuickBooks Sync
This feature requires Advanced plan.
After you connect the app to your QuickBooks online account, the app will sync a profitability report with QuickBooks daily.
The app creates an Invoice record for the revenue and Payment records for payments received in tender types. Any sales tax or discount is included in the invoice.
The cost will be entered to QuickBooks as Expense with a category of "Cost of Goods Sold". In case of refund, the app will create a Refund Receipt record for the refund.
All of these records will use your store name as Customer, so that you can easily run Profit and Loss reports per store if you have multiple stores.
By default, all payments are stored to an "Undeposited Funds" account. If you'd like to use different accounts, please go to the Settings page from Stock web dashboard and select a different asset account.
