Troubleshoot Zebra Browser Print issues by verifying that the Zebra Browser Print host application is running and properly paired with your device.
Common Fixes and Steps
- Zebra Browser Print Not Running: Check your system tray (Windows) or top menu bar (Mac) for the Zebra icon. Open the app from your applications list if it is missing.
- No Printer Found or 500 Error: Right-click the Zebra icon, select Settings, click Change next to default devices, make sure your printer could be detected.
- SSL Certificate / Localhost Authorization: Go to
https://localhost:9101/available or https://localhost:9101/ssl_support in your browser, click Advanced, and proceed to accept the local certificate connection.
- Port 9100 Conflict: If the app fails to start because port 9100 is busy (sometimes caused by conflicting software like Logitech G-HUB), restart your computer or close the conflicting program.
