Will Stock App automatically put the returned or exchanged items back to Stock?

You can automatically restock returned item back to stock by enabling the option below from Stock app settings page:



If you don't enable auto restock, after an item or order is returned or exchanged on Clover device, you will see a "Add products back to Stock" message and prompt you whether you want to return the item(s) back to Stock as below:



Once you click on the message, you will see the dialog as below which allows you to choose the items that you want to return to Stock:




After you save the selection, the selected items will be added back to on hand stock count as stock adjustment. You will be able to view all the returns from the adjustments report.
