Manage Service Process Time (Gap)

If any of the service contains processing time, you can enter the processing time as a gap in service durations on the Settings page. In the following example, "Hair Color" has 60 minutes Initial Duration, 45 minutes Gap as processing time, and 30 minutes final duration.

When you book a Hair Color appointment for a customer, the app will automatically set initial duration, gap and finish duration as below. If the service needs more than 1 gap, you can use "+ Add Duration" to add additional time to gap and duration.

An appointment that contains multiple durations will be displayed in multiple parts on appointment view. You may enter other appointments between durations.
