When a table is released everything is deleted and all transaction disappears . A report that saves all info in that case will be useful.

change the quantity of an item from an order that has been sent to the kitchen
Alert me when employee change the quantity of an item from 2 to 1 for example: if an order has 3 beers and 3 chicken nuggets, after we hit fired, which sent the orders to the kitchen, and the items marked printed, and then if I subtract the beer from 3 to 2, and subtract the chicken nuggets from 3 to 1 using the management code, this app wouldnt send me the alert, so in this case, an employee can order a lot of items and send them to the kitchen, and later on just delete them to just one…

Product Created Date Info (to locate orders that haven't had Purchase Orders completed)

So, we've had issues with products being created on Clover, but the order intake process doesn't occur, so the quantity remains 0 on both systems.
It would very handy to know when the product was created (or at least originally populated to the Stock Apps in your case) so that we can go back to the specific invoice to update the Purchase Order Info for the whole order.
Thanks.1 voteDo you know that you can create product in Stock app when you create purchase order? If you create purchase order and add product in the same process, that may avoid this problem.
You can also use stock count filter in Products page to find products that has 0 count.

Duplicate Orders
If an order has been duplicated. We have issues with orders being recreated by the system because they are not being closed out properly...or that's what we have been told.
1 voteThanks for the information. But we are not sure how we can help in this case. We don’t have good way to detect duplicated order. Even all the items are the same in the order, it doesn’t necessary mean that’s duplicated order.

need an "Add Product" button in Products tab
There should be an "Add Product" button in the Products tab just like there is an "Add Vendor" button in the Vendors tab.

Deleted items
Ok we are stuck with the clover. Can you make it where I only get pinged if someone deletes something not moved to another table to pay or changed only deleted.. Thank you
2 votesSorry we are not able to fix this issue because Clover API doesn’t give us the information whether the deletion is caused by table move.
